Allen Rosenfeld has been practicing law for nearly three decades. The vast majority of his practice has been focused on representing, advising and assisting bankruptcy trustees on various administrative, economic, and legal issues in hundreds of different bankruptcy estates.
Mr. Rosenfeld has substantial experience in managing and litigating numerous types of adversary proceedings, including avoidance actions, discharge objections, claim priority disputes and many other varieties of contested matters. He also represents individual and corporate debtors and secured and unsecured creditors in varying aspects of pre-bankruptcy, Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and litigation and appellate matters in federal and state courts.
Mr. Rosenfeld was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1996 after receiving his J.D. from Georgia State University. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his B.A. from Emory University in 1991. Outside of the office Mr. Rosenfeld enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
